4. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due as follows:
- For projects exceeding £500, a deposit of 50% is required upon agreement.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.
- Invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed-upon methods.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the scheduled service date.
- If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the service date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Gardening Catford reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth provision of services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the garden area and desired services.
- Ensure clear and unobstructed access to the property during scheduled service times.
- Inform Gardening Catford of any specific preferences or requirements in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gardening Catford strives to perform services to the highest standard. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, designs, and documents provided by Gardening Catford remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing these materials without explicit permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
10. Changes to Terms
Gardening Catford reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.
